Celebrating PAW Chain’s Main Net Anniversary: Reflecting on Year 1 and Looking Ahead to an Even Bigger Year 2

As PAW Chain marks one full year since launching Main Net, it's the perfect time to celebrate how far we've come - and get excited about what’s next. In just 12 months, we’ve delivered on our promise to build a unified, cross-chain Layer 3 blockchain that truly changes how DeFi works. From deploying our core utilities to launching validator onboarding and delegation, our mission has stayed clear and focused: make DeFi simple, secure, and accessible to everyone.

A Short Recap of the Past 12 Months

‍What a busy year it’s been for all involved with PAW Chain. We launched the PAW Wallet, Scanner, and Swap - giving users a seamless, intuitive experience across both EVM and non-EVM chains. Our validators went live with a powerful delegation model that not only strengthens network security but also offers passive income for users. Over 150T PAW coins are now locked in delegation - more than 15% of the total supply - showing strong commitment to securing our ecosystem.

With our cross-stitch consensus working in production, we've proven that true cross-chain activity can be done without risky bridges or wrapped tokens. These milestones aren’t just achievements. They’re the solid foundation for an even more ambitious Year 2.

We also launched PAW Docs - a central hub for clear, accessible documentation across the entire ecosystem.

Developer Ecosystem Expansion

‍The year ahead is all about empowering builders. We’re introducing PAWJS, our purpose-built library inspired by Web3.js, designed to make it easy for developers to tap into PAW Chain’s “deploy once, be everywhere” architecture. Alongside PAWJS, we're rolling out the PAW IDE, a full coding environment like Remix that lets developers write, test, and deploy directly to the chain. Our goal of delivering simplicity, speed, and full support for developers is designed to make the PAW ecosystem the go-to choice for anyone building the future of blockchain.

We’re making it easier than ever for developers to create powerful apps on a platform built for what’s next.

Product Rollouts in Year 2

‍We’re not slowing down. PAW Pay, which already gave us a sneak peek, is in the development spotlight to deliver fast, seamless crypto payments within the ecosystem. We’re also working on the PAW App for iOS and Android - a true all-in-one mobile hub with wallet functionality and smooth cross-chain interaction, all wrapped in a clean, modern design for mass adoption. And let’s not forget the upcoming NFT Marketplace, making it simple for anyone to create, buy, and sell NFTs in a user-friendly way fully integrated with the PAW ecosystem.
